INSURANCE. You are fully covered with insurance versus third party, personal accident insurance, bail bond and damages. There is an excess insurance limit of 300 Euro. e.g. you can be responsible for damages to our vehicle up to the excess amount.

An excess waiver is available at 3,00 EURO per day for zero exposure. The waiver does not eliminate the liability for punctures, damage to wheels or suspension, loss of keys, loss of personal property left in the car, traffic or parking fines, misuse or unauthorised use of the vehicle. The insurance cover all areas of the Spain mainland but not other countries like France, Gibraltar, Portugal or any African states.

We will meet you at Malaga airport and our staff will wait for you at the exit door in the arrival hall. We will hold a sign with your last name on it and your car will have been maintained, cleaned and ready, waiting in the car park (no transit buses etc).

When you receive the car the contract is finalised and you get a receipt and a copy of the credit card charge.

You will get a folder that holds all required documents as car registration, insurance with an accident form and a place for the contract and the car-return-procedure. You also get a letter explaining what to do in case of any major problems. Please note that we allow two extra hours for late car return. This time elapsed, one extra day will be charged.

The fuel tank is filled with 20 EURO, half tank on most models (there are 2 Litres extra free of charge) and you return the car as empty as possible. No refund is given.

A deposit of 10.00 Euro is required from new customers to secure the booking, and the deposit is deducted from the final bill.
